    My mom (Harriett Hewel) has 4 of Fran’s paintings, 3 watercolors and 1 oil, purchased between 1971 and 1978. We knew her and her husband when they owned the gallery in Glen Cove. Is there a way to get in touch with her, my mom would love it. Thanks so much.
